This patented process builds a high-detail, strong part from ABS plastic, or composite materials which can be used to demonstrate and test product designs. This is a relatively much quicker and cheaper approach than the traditional CNC/Lathe machining process. Save a 3D CAD drawing from program like SolidWorks as a ".STL" file or ".IGS" file and upload for a price quote After quote approval, plastic parts are created using your 3D CAD drawing. Plastic prototype parts are then packaged and shipped directly to you.          Prototype allows you to see  your product and catch design flaws before going into production, saving you both time and money.
